I've decided to update regularly and try entering some competitions. I'm starting with Illustration Friday, "a weekly drawing challenge" where you get to meet other illustrators online.

This week's theme is "Power", so I came up with an image of John Lennon doing his take on the infamous "I Want You" recruitment poster. Sgt Pepper replacing Lord Kitchener.

I made this image to highlight a contradiction. John Lennon is almost an authority figure now, in a way, because he's such an icon. Which is not what he'd want...
